TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Members must be successfully registered to participate in Affinity Rewards^SM and agree to all membership rules, guidelines
  and terms and conditions.
• Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates reserves the right to restrict, revoke or suspend a specific member and/or an entire group. Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates reserves the right to change, alter or terminate the Affinity Rewards^SM program as deemed necessary at any point.
• All monies redeemed by members may be subject to tax liability. Any such taxes are the sole responsibility of the member.
• Members must be current in all fees including, but not limited to, maintenance fees, property taxes and monthly installments to be eligible for Affinity Rewards^SM.
• Corporations, partnerships, entities and/or groups are not eligible for Affinity Rewards. Only individuals are eligible. Married couples or registered domestic partnerships (where applicable) are considered as one individual.
• Members agree to the use, without compensation, of their names, addresses or likenesses for advertising and marketing purposes and publicity.
• Members receive Affinity Rewards^SM one time only for the same referral. Sign up rewards are given during initial sign up only. A referral must tour a participating resort for member to be eligible to receive Affinity Rewards^SM for that referral.
• Rewards will be credited no more than once per year for updating an email address with us.
• The Berkley Group, Inc., Great Eastern Resorts, Inc. and Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates family, its (meaning The Berkley Group, Great Eastern Resorts, Inc. and Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates family) affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees are not eligible for Affinity Rewards nor will they be liable for any injury, death, damage and/or loss to any person or any property and/or for any expense(s), accident(s) or inconvenience(s) incurred by any members, guests and/or users while staying at any resort/property and/or as a result of any promotion.
• All materials are the property of the Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates family and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, disseminated, published and/or used for any purposes without the express written authorization from an authorized Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates representative.
• Due to federal and state regulations, Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates only acknowledges and authorizes the use of company-approved marketing materials, including, but not limited to, all media, TV, radio, flyers, brochures, newspapers, magazines, websites and all Internet usage.
• Members must mail any and all changes in writing addressed to Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates at 1501 N.W. 49th Street, Suite 104, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 with all necessary and pertinent documentation and verify receipt of the written correspondence and necessary documentation by telephonically contacting the Customer Service department at 954-563-1867 within twenty (20) days of the mailing by the member.
• Affinity Rewards^SM are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue.
