Members must be successfully registered to participate in Affinity RewardsSM and agree to all membership rules, guidelines
and terms and conditions.
Vacation Village Resorts reserves the right to restrict, revoke or suspend a specific member and/or an entire group.
Vacation Village Resorts reserves the right to change, alter or terminate the Affinity RewardsSM program as deemed
necessary at any point.
All monies redeemed by members may be subject to tax liability. Any such taxes are the sole responsibility of the member.
Members receive Affinity Rewards one-time only for each unique referral that tours one of our resorts. A referral must tour resort for member to be eligible to receive Affinity Rewards for that referral.
Each member will only receive Rewards for a referral tour once during the life of their membership in the Affinity RewardsSM Program. A referral must tour resort for member to be eligible to receive Affinity RewardsSM for that referral.
Members must be current in all fees including, but not limited to, maintenance fees, roperty taxes and monthly
installments to be eligible for Affinity RewardsSM.
Corporations, partnerships, entities and/or groups are not eligible for Affinity RewardsSM. Only individuals are eligible.
Married couples or registered domestic partnerships (where applicable) are considered as one individual.
Members agree to the use, without compensation, of their names, addresses or likenesses for advertising and marketing
purposes and publicity.
The Berkley Group, Inc., Great Eastern Resorts, Inc. and Vacation Village Resorts family, its (meaning The Berkley Group,Great Eastern Resorts and Vacation Village Resorts family) affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees are not eligible for Affinity RewardsSM nor will they be liable for any injury, death, damage and/or loss to any person or any property and/or for any expense(s), accident(s) or inconvenience(s) incurred by any members, guests and/or users while staying at any resort/property and/or as a result of any promotion.
All materials are the property of the Vacation Village Resorts family and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed,
disseminated, published and/or used for any purposes without the express written authorization from an authorized
Vacation Village Resorts representative.
Members must mail any and all changes in writing addressed to Vacation Village Resorts at 1700 N.W. 49th Street,
Suite 135, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 with all necessary and pertinent documentation and verify receipt of the written
correspondence and necessary documentation by telephonically contacting Vacation Village Resorts’ Customer Service
department at 954-563-1867 within twenty (20) days of the mailing by the member.
Accounts that have been inactive (zero activity) for one (1) year will not receive an account statement of any sort.
Due to federal and state regulations, Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates only acknowledges and authorizes the use of company approved marketing materials.
